Do you deliver wine islandwide in Singapore?

Yes. Wine City Global delivers islandwide within Singapore. Standard delivery (3-4 business days) is $10 SGD. Express delivery (1 business day) is $15 SGD. Orders of 12 or more bottles of wine qualify for free delivery.

What is the minimum age to purchase alcohol in Singapore?

You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol in Singapore. Wine City Global requires age verification at checkout and upon delivery as required by Singapore law.

Where are your wines imported from?

Our wines are imported from South Eastern Australia, including regions such as Barossa Valley, Langhorne Creek, and Coonawarra. Our KAIKATSU whisky is imported from Japan. Wine City Global is an importer — we do not produce wine locally in Singapore.

How should I store wine in Singapore's tropical climate?

Store wine in a cool, dark place between 12-18°C. Avoid direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations. In Singapore's climate, a wine chiller or air-conditioned room is recommended. Lay bottles with corks on their side to keep the cork moist.

Can I buy wine by the case?

Yes. Most of our wines are available as individual bottles or by the carton. Carton purchases offer better per-bottle pricing. Orders of 12 or more bottles also qualify for free islandwide delivery in Singapore.

What is your return policy for wine?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened bottles in original packaging. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced at no cost. Opened bottles cannot be returned due to food safety regulations. Contact us with your order number to initiate a return.
