This rich red loamy soil imparts great fertility to fully ripen the berries and contributes to minty and mineral complex flavours. This wine has experienced more than 12 months French oak ageing to polish the fine tannins. The texture is mouth filling and well balanced. The fruit taste is so concentrated delivering a typical Cabernet Sauvignon varietal experience. The wine is ready to drink now or will reward cellaring of more than 15 years.
