Tasting notes: Uber pale lemon and lime hues. Grapefruit, soft green herbs and struck-flint on the nose. Ripe citrus fruits fill the palate with intensity whilst a smoky-minerality sits underneath. Not trying to be too clever, just purity of fruit and a fine acid drive into the finish.
